What You'll Do
- Screen transactions to determine authority and process and / or refer to underwriter per established guidelines.
- Input transactional information and rating elements into automated system with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review output to ensure proper rating elements were applied.
- Maintain underwriting documentation using paperless policy environment per established guidelines.
- Research and resolve complex issues and respond to inquiries to provide superior customer service to agents and other departments.
- Collaborate to determine department's production planning & capacity utilization and distribute work as appropriate.

What You'll Need
- 1-3 years personal lines insurance industry experience preferred
- Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills
- Efficient prioritization and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems, including spreadsheets, email, word processing, and presentation software
