ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
50% Analyzes data from mainframe and PC applications to prepare reports for use by the actuarial staff.
20% Provides financial testing of pricing models with PC applications.
10% Supports testing procedures for policy administration and sales illustrations software.
10% Responsible for routine departmental reporting functions.
10% Provides general support for members of Product Management for various tasks, as requested.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Analytical, organizational, and basic problem-solving skills required.
- Some advanced mathematical and statistical ability required.
- Some familiarity with business and insurance concepts required.
- Professional oral and written communication skills required.
- Word processing and spreadsheet software proficiency required.
- Talent required in values, work intensity, achiever, positivity, resourcefulness, command, relationship-extension, and exactness.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Progress towards Actuarial Science degree.
- Prefer at least 1 exam passed.
PHYSICAL AND WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work minimum 15 hours a week within flex-time guidelines required.
- Onsite internship in Lincoln, NE.
