Primary Job Responsibilities :
- The Technical Writer authors and edits standard operating procedures, user guides, quick reference guides, training manuals, after-action reports, and / or other IT-related documentation.
- Develop technical documentation in consultation with business analysts, systems analysts, testers, trainers, and programmers;
- Develops technical response to RFP's in collaboration with the proposal and business development team.
- Coordinate with organizational teams for quality control and final production of documentation
