QA Analyst - On-Site

ASSYST is seeking a QA Analyst to support our government client project based in Tallahassee, Florida.

Work Mode – Onsite
Location - Tallahassee, Florida

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute tests: regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, and performance.
• Develop, automate, and run test cases using tools like Selenium WebDriver.
• Conduct ETL testing, including Informatica, ensuring data accuracy.
• Track QA metrics: defects, test results, and test status.
• Manage defects and maintain test case databases.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support user acceptance testing and production readiness.
• Research and implement testing tools and practices.
• Provide QA process training and consult on quality improvements.
• Resolve production release issues across teams.

Required Experience:

• 3–5 years in QA and automation testing (Selenium).
• 3 years in a management, supervisory, or team lead role.
• Experience in DevOps environments and ETL testing.
• 2–3 years with enterprise architecture and familiarity with FDOT OIT (preferred).
• Knowledge of Informatica IICS Cloud, Snowflake, and Microsoft Windows.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
(or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of degree).
