ASSYST is seeking a Software Developer-3 to support our client project in Austin Texas. This is a Hybrid role.

Responsibilities:
- Research, design, implement, and manage software programs.
- Test and evaluate new programs to ensure functionality and performance.
- Collaborate closely with other developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts.
- Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigate problem areas and design effective solutions.
- Prepare and install solutions by determining system specifications, standards, and programming requirements.
- Participate in the completion of deliverables according to the definition of "done" for the Agile team.
- Program applications in Salesforce, including Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning web components.
- Follow Agile (Scrum) methodologies, contributing to all stages of development, from design to solution delivery.
- Document solutions, perform analysis, resolve problems, and communicate with other team members.
- Provide on-call support as needed and participate in solution delivery for unit operations.
- Support applications in multiple environments with coding, testing, peer reviews, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Salesforce, including writing Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning web components. Proficiency in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules - 8 Years
- Experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, including coding standards, change control, and version management. Experience assessing Salesforce.com architecture and providing secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform - 8 Years.
- Experience in all End-to-End technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program: classic to Lightning upgrades, data migrations, system integrations, third-party applications, and custom development - 8 Years
- Experience in implementing authentication protocols (oAuth) to integrate third-party applications. Proficiency in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) - 8 Years
- Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs. Proficiency with Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within Salesforce - 8 Years
- Experience with DevOps technology, including CI/CD pipeline, build, and deployment tools such as Flosum, Git - 1 Year
- Experience creating custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce- 1 Year
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies - 1 Year
