ASSYST is seeking a Salesforce Software Engineer to support our client project in Austin, TX. This is a Hybrid role .
Responsibilities
- Defining and developing low-level design documents.
- Contributing to and adhering to software engineering best practices to create robust and standardized solutions.
- Collaborating with Business Analysts and Project Management teams to execute assigned development tasks.
- Participating in design and development activities for both existing and new components.
- Performing full-stack development, including work on databases, services, web applications, and front-end development, utilizing various programming languages and frameworks.
- Writing scalable and highly available code, following design principles and software engineering best practices.
- Conducting code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, test case automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
- Identifying, investigating, and resolving production issues in a timely manner, according to priority.
- Tracking and reporting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activity metrics across all disciplines, including requirements, coding, unit testing, integration testing, defects, usability, and other established metrics.
- Estimating the level of effort required for individual modules.
- Taking the initiative to foster a collaborative approach among teams throughout the requirements gathering process to achieve shared goals, values, and a unified mission.
