ASSYST is seeking a Sr Business Analyst-3 to support our client in Texas. It is a Hybrid position with 4 days Remote and 1 day Onsite.

- Design and develop automated test scripts to ensure the efficient execution of test scenarios.
- Determine the priority for test scenarios and create detailed execution plans to implement them effectively.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated processes and test procedures.
- Provide testing services for the mandated enhancements of the Client Support System.
- Develop and execute test cases for both functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Prepare test data required for testing, ensuring it accurately reflects real-world usage.
- Analyze test data and results to identify defects, issues, or areas for improvement.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting with the creation of UAT test cases and providing necessary support during the testing process.
- Perform defect triaging by logging, prioritizing, and following up on identified defects.
- Continuously improve test automation processes and ensure proper integration with the overall testing lifecycle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with peers and various levels of users.
- Strong background in developing test suites using UFT or similar tools.
- Skilled in database query languages (SQL, PL/SQL).
- Skilled in developing Requirements Traceability Matrices. (6 years)
