Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Manager is a strategic and analytical leader responsible for driving digital customer acquisition across paid and organic channels. This role leads the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search (PPC), SEO, paid social, and digital analytics, helping Astanza scale efficiently without reliance on external agencies. You’ll play a key part in shaping the future of our marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Campaign Management: Lead strategy and execution of PPC/SEM campaigns (Google, Bing) and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn).
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance across channels using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- SEO Leadership: Collaborate with Brand to improve organic traffic through on-page SEO, content optimization, and site performance.
- Website Optimization: Manage updates via WordPress; ensure user experience aligns with lead gen and SEO goals.
- Social Media Strategy: Work cross-functionally to support paid and organic posts, and make content or audience targeting recommendations.
- Client Campaign Support: Collaborate on onboarding and manage ongoing performance marketing for client accounts.
- MarTech Oversight: Maintain our marketing tech stack and recommend new tools and improvements.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and multi-channel paid campaign optimization
- Strong skills in data analysis, budget management, and A/B testing
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required) and Salesforce (preferred)
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
