Purpose and Scope
The coordinator role will support day-to-day operational Medical Affairs, US activities for Head of Medical Communications (and Strategic Collaboration) based in United States. The responsibility will include activities related to coordinating meetings, communications, supporting cross-functional MA-US projects, maintenance of MA-US share point and TEAMS sites, assists with the onboarding new hires.
Responsibilities
Manages and coordinates tasks within the team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among team members.
- Supports planning and coordination of a program and its activities and ensures implementation of practices.
- Developing and maintaining the communication platforms and tools for cross functional sharing and collaboration including managing of the MA-US SharePoint, TEAMS and Viva Engage site.
- Responsible for ad hoc projects including sharing of best practices, the development of templates, process mapping and other related projects.
- Enable active cross-functional communication within team through appropriate methods including teams with external partners.
- Track invoices and manage payment status of each purchase order as it relates to team members under MA [1] US Medical Communications (and Strategic Collaboration)
- Supports the effective onboarding of new MA-US colleagues including coordinating IT needs, arranging introduction meetings with key stakeholders and systems training.
- Other such duties as may be reasonably required by the business.
