Position Summary:
This position manages corporate cash activity, vendor and customer maintenance, and Fixed Assets which includes reporting for property tax return filings. Heavy emphasis is placed on account reconciliations and preparing and entering general ledger entries. Performs Corporate US Government informational reporting and Corporate parent company financial consolidation reporting. This is expected to be a fully on-site position that can sit out of either of our Indiana locations (Muncie & Greenfield) or our Tarboro, NC location.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, And Skills)
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets necessary to perform job duties
- Understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Understanding of standard Financial Statements
- At least 18 years of age
- 4-year college degree in Accounting
- Understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
- Corporate Cash Management: 40%
- Vendor and Customer Maintenance: 20%
- Account Reconciliations & General ledger Entries: 15%
- Fixed Asset Management: 10%
- Corporate Government and Parent Company Reporting: 5%
- Audit Support: 5%
- Other duties as assigned: 5%
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, high level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization needed
- Maintains clean and orderly work environment in accordance with 6S
- No supervisory responsibilities
- Basic experience with Windows, Excel, MSWord, PowerPoint
- Ability to work for extended periods of time while sitting
