Qualifications:
Knowledge Skills And Abilities
- Promote and carry out the Hitachi Core Values.
- Critical Thinking –Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of problems/processes finding alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to these issues.
- Problem Solving - Reviewing related information to identifying problems, develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Judgment and Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate outcome.
- Collaborations with different job functions and levels of management.
- Analyze data and find insights to improve operations.
- 4-Year college degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering or similar curriculum of study.
- Engineering skills including knowledge of control systems, mechanics, pneumatics, robotics and factory floor equipment programming.
- Experience PLC programming and troubleshooting. (Keyence, Mitsubishi PLC preferred)
- Knowledge of computer systems (specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) to perform and present analysis for necessary job duties.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to create and present concepts to internal teams and all levels of management.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Experience in 220VAC and 24VDC electrical wiring and systems.
- Perform new model verification and create documentation to support findings such as CPK, Repeatability, Gage R&R studies.
