As our sales team continues to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the execution of sales strategies and create revenue growth of our products in the marketplace.

Travel is required, with North American travel being 30-40% of your time. 

This role will focus on leading the sales team and managing the performance of multiple brands through analytics to ensure product alignment and business objectives are met. Position responsibilities include and are not limited to:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies through the sales team to increase customer revenue and profitability for Aster Brands product lines. 
  • Lead and collaborate with the sales team to design and implement sales programs that drive revenue and meet annual targets.
  • Work closely with the innovation, engineering, and marketing teams to identify needs for creating compelling new products, product narratives, and promotional materials.
  • Frequently communicate with the Aster Brands production and engineering teams for inventory forecasting, ensuring product feasibility and delivery times. 
  • Conduct and/or review market research in the North American territory to understand consumer behavior, customer needs, general trends, and competitor activities, and make recommendations to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze each brand’s performance, track metrics, and report on the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  • Be customer-centric, building relationships with key partners and customers to enhance brand presence and expand sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Leverage ERP and CRM systems to see the big picture, drill into the details, and drive sales team focus. 
  • Develop sales forecasting models to predict future trends and demand for brand products.
You’ll be successful in this role if you: 
  • Have an instinct to understand, quickly react, and motivate others to adapt to the changing organizational environment. 
  • Can adapt your communication style to your audience and know how to cut to the chase. 
  • Display a strong commitment to results.
  • Can successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to desired goals. 
  • Manage, Motivate and inspire a great group of experienced sales professionals and hold them accountable. 
  • Have 7 years of sales leadership experience. A strong understanding of  precast, concrete or construction industry applications and industry standards is a bonus.
