Job Description:
We are looking to add a recruiter to our growing organization.
This role is hybrid with travel to our main office in East Brunswick for meetings.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle process and workflow, from requisition to candidate acceptance.
- Meet managers to discuss needs to develop recruiting requirements.
- Attract applicants through job advertisements, newsgroups and job sites.
- Perform initial interview and screening processes to determine applicant suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule all interviews with hiring manager and team members, as necessary.
- Suggest policies and practices, monitor job offers and compensation and emphasize benefits to enhance organization attractiveness.
- Adjust standard bill rates on employee’s competencies, skills level, work experience and education.
- Identify alternate candidate sources such as cold calling, recruiting calls, referral recruiting and online social networking.
- Identify and execute recruiting techniques for industry, market, skills set and region.
- Analyze hiring manager requirements against candidate qualifications and match with job needs suitably.
- Negotiate and offer selected-for-hire candidates and obtain recruiting manager’s approval.
- Utilize Workday ATS to manage recruitment workflow.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years recruitment experience in healthcare field (preferably in oncology or related specialty)
- Working knowledge of Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Key Competencies: interviewing skills, research techniques, Positive Attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of internet recruitment tools.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
