Job Description :
- Work locations - Central and Northern NJ
- Maintenance Worker Responsibilities :
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Handling basic medical office repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Responding to maintenance service request.
- Repairing / assembling medical equipment, furniture, as necessary.
- Assist with relocations, office openings, shuttling equipment / supplies between locations.
- Maintenance Worker Requirements :
- Basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, painting, and item assembly.
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or technical college.
- Knowledge in safe use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Attention to detail & proactive.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually and understand when to ask for assistance.
- Strong time management skills.
- Drivers License
