Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to lead the recruitment efforts for clinical and administrative roles within the ABA field. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting the overall talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Behavioral Interventionists, BCBAs, Clinical Supervisors, and administrative staff.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, background checks, and onboarding.
- Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter), social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct pre-hire reference checks, fingerprinting, and TB screenings, ensuring compliance with ABTC’s hiring policies.
- Ensure all new hires meet credentialing and licensing requirements before starting employment.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring progress.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee engagement, retention strategies, and diversity initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in recruiting for ABA therapy positions or healthcare-related roles is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of hiring best practices, compliance requirements, and credentialing processes in the healthcare/ABA field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus.
