We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Bookkeeper and Office Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will report directly to the President and CEO and manage all accounting, financial, and office-related functions. This full-time, office-based position requires an individual who is highly organized, can work independently, and is committed to providing excellent customer service. The role demands an average of 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM .

Compensation : $52,000 - $60,000 depending on experience plus Performance Bonus & Benefits

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial accounting and office management.
  • Job cost accounting experience is preferred.
  • Experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC services, or a similar industry is highly preferred.
  • Expert-level proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a significant plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and vendors.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Financial Management : Oversee accounting and finance operations including cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, balance sheet management, payroll, and customer contract management.
  • Expense Control : Monitor expenses and conduct expense analysis to ensure cost control and profitability.
  • Office Management : Handle administrative tasks, including permit processing, customer support, and project management.
  • Customer Relations : Provide exceptional customer service and communication to our clients.
  • Reporting : Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management.
