We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer with over 5 years of experience in related fields such as prompt engineering and generative AI, with expertise in working on platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Anthropic, alongside strong skills in Python, NLP, and API integration.

Job Requirements :

Generative AI Model Development : Design, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, or custom transformers) to solve real-world problems.

Integration : Implement and integrate large language model (LLM) APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, Google Cloud AI) into various applications.

Data Preparation : Preprocess and manage datasets for training, fine-tuning, and experimentation with generative AI models.

Custom Applications : Build end-to-end applications incorporating generative AI capabilities tailored to client needs.

Model Evaluation : Evaluate the performance of generative AI models, optimizing outputs for relevance, accuracy, and coherence.

Advanced Workflows : Implement workflows for fine-tuning pre-trained models for domain-specific tasks.

Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, APIs, workflows, and integration processes.

Research : Explore the latest advancements in generative AI and recommend new technologies or approaches to enhance applications.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of generative AI into existing or new products.

Technical Skill Requirements :

Expertise in at least one generative AI platform, such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, or Google Bard.

Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including transformer-based architectures and fine-tuning.

Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.

Hands-on experience in integrating LLMs through APIs for real-world applications.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and scaling generative AI models.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design efficient workflows for model development and integration.

Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Optional Skill Requirements :

Experience in applying generative AI for specific domains, such as text summarization, content creation, or conversational AI.

Knowledge of MLOps practices, including model lifecycle management and monitoring.

Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or NoSQL solutions.

Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React.js) for building AI-powered user interfaces.

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) for automating workflows.

Academic Requirements :

Not much. If you can fulfill the aforementioned skill requirements, we don’t care about the academic backgrounds. Your skills matter. Certificates and CGPA are secondary. But if you have a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in CS / CSC / CSE / Software Engineering, it’s a plus of course.
