Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team onsite in King of Prussia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design principles, experience with design tools such as Figma, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UX solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design solutions.
Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.
Analyze user behaviors and market trends to continuously improve the user experience.
Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across different devices and platforms.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing feedback.
Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on onsite projects in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
