- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of existing projects within the Additive Manufacturing team.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement in project management methods and tools.
- Lead initiatives to implement new processes and tools to enhance project efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project status and improvements to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of project management documentation and templates.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and present progress updates.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Flexibility, self-motivation, and the ability to give and receive feedback at all levels are required.
- Questioning attitude – both technically and from a business perspective.
- Excellent communication skills (English).
- Ability to convey information in a simple and effective manner.
- Enjoy analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
- Basic understanding of project management.
- Detail oriented mentality.
- Good knowledge of material characterization techniques.
- Interest in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to engage in a virtual working environment.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Passion for additive manufacturing and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Frequent and close visual work at desk or computer.

- Frequent verbal and written communication with team and other stakeholders by phone or video conferencing.

- 35 hours per week, May/June through August.
- Compensation: $18.00/Hour
