What are the responsibilities and job description for the 100% Remote Customer Service Agent position at Aston Carter?
A leading Healthcare company is now hiring candidates for Customer Service Order Entry roles!
This is an entry-level role ! 100% Remote Position for Candidates with a passion for helping others and attention to detail will enjoy a team environment and opportunities for promotions and pay increases - lots of growth!
Job Responsibilities may include:
- High Volume email communication with customers
- Utilizing many internal systems for data entry, order entry and communication
- The orders they will place come in a standard email format that is very easy to read and are entered in two different systems.
- The expectation is to be able to work at a fast pace and enter a minimum of 70 orders per day
Successful Candidates: have come from other industries such as fast-paced retail and restaurant environments. Order Entry/Data Entry experience a plus but is not required! Qualified candidates have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and an interest in customer service.
Training and Onboarding:
Training will be 1 week long, Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30 pm . Training will be done via Zoom.
