Our finance team consists of three people, including a Controller, a Staff Accountant, and an AR/AP person, with additional support from the parent company's finance team on special projects.

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records using Excel, QuickBooks, and SharePoint.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external vendors to resolve accounting issues.
- Support various special ad hoc projects as needed.
- Assist in the integration of Oracle in the future.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of accounting experience within the medical manufacturing industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and SharePoint; experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Strong general ledger (GL) accounting skills, with a focus on month-end close activities.
