Description
Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on sales orders and contracts.
Verify and reconcile billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain and update customer billing information in the financial system.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Knowledge of billing procedures and regulations.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.
