We are seeking a skilled Client Service Representative to join our team at Aston Carter. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring the safe transportation of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a unique experience to every customer, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork and taking thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
- Prioritizing safe driving and maintaining a clean driving record in accordance with CMV Driver Qualification policy.
- Assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary, demonstrating a strong team player mentality.
The job involves driving a company-owned car to approximately 6-8 appointments daily at customer homes. You will greet the customer, inspect the vehicle they are selling, and have them complete paperwork on an iPad. Then, you will arrange for the tow truck to collect the vehicle from their home and proceed to the next appointment.
