Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Specialist with B2B collections experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with ERP systems, particularly Prophet21-Epicor, and have an investigative, fact-finding nature. This role requires excellent organizational skills to manage a large volume of customers and a solid understanding of intermediate level accounting. Strong communication skills are essential as this position involves frequent collaboration with sales, managers, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage B2B collections efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize ERP systems, with a preference for Prophet21-Epicor, to track and manage collections.
- Investigate and resolve outstanding accounts through fact-finding and analysis.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to handle a large volume of customers.
- Create and manage credit / debit memos and general ledger accounts.
- Communicate effectively with sales teams, managers, and customers to facilitate collections.
