Contract ReviewerJob DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic Contract Reviewer who is eager to grow within a manufacturing company. This entry-level position is open to new graduates with business-related degrees and individuals with a couple of years of relevant experience. The role involves assisting internal team members and customers with the review and processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy, and entering orders into the CRM system.ResponsibilitiesReview all incoming sales orders for accuracy.Assist with ensuring orders are accurate and ready to be processed.Process purchase orders sent by customers.Identify errors in purchase orders and communicate with customers to obtain revised POs.Enter purchase orders into the CRM system after verification.Provide clerical support and customer service as needed.Act as a backup for the Operator and Sales Support lines, handling approximately 30 phone calls per month.SkillsTyping skills : 50 WPM with high accuracy.Proficiency in Office 365.Proficiency with CRM systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsDaily data entry activities including creating new prospects, updating customer information, and searching for materials quotes.Mathematical skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure, as well as interpret graphs in Excel.Previous SAP experience is not required but may lead to additional responsibilities for candidates with such experience.Work EnvironmentYou will work in a family-oriented office with full benefits including health, dental, and life insurance, a 401k plan, paid vacation / personal time and holidays, profit sharing, and a tuition reimbursement program.
