Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate and timely monthly financial statements.
- Ensure the balance sheet is updated and reconciled each month.
- Oversee cash flow management by ensuring timely processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Perform regular financial analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Compile monthly bank reporting packages for review with the CFO.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting team.
- Play a key role in the annual budget process, working with department heads.
- Analyze actual results against budget and goals, identifying problems and opportunities early and recommending appropriate actions.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments to support initiatives.
- Respond promptly to requests from internal and external clients.
