• DescriptionWhat You'll Be Doing : - Converting leads to new customers from client-provided leads - No Cold Calling- Working with leads to understand their security needs, creating solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process- Following call flow to ensure consistent call handling and maximize inquiry conversion- Demonstrating timely follow up on customer inquiries and potential sales opportunities- Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators to meet and exceed sales goals- Working with internal departments throughout the closing process of the sale to ensure accuracy and superior customer experienceSkillsCustomer service, Inside sale, Call center, Data entry, Inbound call, Inside sales support, Customer service oriented, Microsoft office, Account management, Order processing, Microsoft excel, Order entryAdditional Skills & QualificationsWhat You'll Need : - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers- Possesses a persuasive, energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor- High level of motivation / goal-oriented self starter- Willing to learn and implement the client's ales process- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience is a plus- High School Diploma / GED (minimum)Experience LevelEntry / Intermediate LevelPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
