Job Title : Data Entry Specialist / Paralegal
Job Description
The primary responsibility will be uploading digital copies of contracts into Cobblestone and organizing the relevant fields to ensure the contracts are searchable.
Responsibilities
- Scanning and converting physical contracts into digital documents.
- Reviewing contracts to identify key data points.
- Entering contract data into Cobblestone using the designated fields.
- Performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Managing and updating the contract database within Cobblestone.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00 / hr.
