Work Environment / Hours

Monday - Friday 7am-7pm. 1st shift is 7AM-3 : 00PM OR 2nd Shift is 10am-7pm.

Hyrbid role after training. Remote Monday & Friday.

Equipment will be provided

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 of recent corporate customer service, data entry, and administration experience in an office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office suites.
  • Self-starter with experience in claims processing, invoicing, and invoice entry.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Job Description

    As a Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for validating, documenting, and approving proposed costs within the parameters of a rigorous proposal process. You will use terms and conditions, coverage limits, pricing guides, and industry knowledge for assessment and may negotiate to improve costs based on fair market value. The role requires familiarity with negotiation techniques, network provider price agreements, repair methods, and industry rates.

    Responsibilities

  • Authorize costs to repair or replace systems or appliances covered by active enrollment.
  • Accurately document conversations, agreements, and actions taken with providers regarding job costs and related tasks.
  • Review and approve job costs for Out of Network providers and jobs with special circumstances not identified or pre-negotiated on rate sheets.
  • Ensure and verify accuracy of claim creation, coding, and documentation from creation to completion.
  • Negotiate pricing with providers when needed.
  • Promptly handle correspondence from providers requesting approvals for additional charges on pending service orders.
  • Coordinate appropriate follow-up with customers or providers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Coordinate appropriate follow-up with customers of non-covered claims and provide effective documentation explaining the reason why.
  • Offer technical knowledge and expertise to other colleagues.
  • Stay up to date with local codes and regulations along with labor and material costs.
  • Promptly respond to actions generated by other team members.
  • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $25.00 / hr.
