Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective benefit programs to meet the needs of employees
* Oversee disability plans and conduct benefit orientations for new employees
* Process enrollments, changes, terminations, and status updates in the HR system
* Collaborate with benefit vendors to resolve issues and improve services
* Coordinate wellness initiatives to promote employee health and well-being
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 2 years of experience within Human Resources with benefits experience
* Experience with benefits administration and HRIS systems
* Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
