Location: Hamilton, New Jersey
Compensation: $24 an hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Job Description: We are searching for an Entry Level Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily involve bank reconciliations and some administrative work. The ideal candidate will have experience with bank reconciliations, knowledge of treasury management, basic Excel skills, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Reconcile monthly tenant security bank accounts.
Maintain and create spreadsheets to track all quarterly payments.
Execute timely payment of quarterly real estate taxes for all properties and monthly bills.
Run rent roll reports and provide financial documents for appeals.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field.
6 months to a year of industry experience.
Basic Excel knowledge (needs to be able to work a computer).
Strong communication skills.
