Job Title : HRIS ManagerJob Description
Lead the development and execution of HR data analytics and systems strategies to support the organization's human resources objectives and initiatives. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, including HRIS, performance management systems, employee surveys, and other relevant data sets. Identify key trends, patterns, and insights within HR data to inform strategic decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs, and develop actionable insights and recommendations. Design and produce regular and ad-hoc HR analytics reports and dashboards using tools such as PowerBI, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and relevance. Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast HR metrics, such as employee turnover, retention, and workforce demographics. Drive continuous improvement in HR data governance, data quality, and data management processes to ensure data integrity and reliability. Directly manage HRIS Consultants and Contractors. Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in HR data analytics and data visualization. Complete other special projects and tasks as assigned.
