We are seeking a motivated and professional Dispatcher to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, managing remote callers, and effectively communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat. You will also provide a professional representation of the company, perform data entry tasks, maintain detailed records, and assist with order processing and billing inquiries.
Responsibilities
Make 150 outbound calls per day to potential customers for sales and upselling purposes.
Manage remote outbound callers.
Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Provide a professional representation of the company.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using our CRM system.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and product / service information.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Previous experience in a sales or dispatcher-style position is preferred.
Experience in making outbound calls.
Experience in appointment setting.
Ability to navigate computer systems and use various software applications.
Work Environment
The team consists of 15 individuals working in a sales environment. The position is for the day shift with no nights or weekends required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
