Aston Carter is seeking a skilled and experienced Lighting Specialist to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for quoting materials from plans and specifications on projects, ensuring prompt delivery times, and contributing to high-profile lighting-based initiatives from planning stages to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Quoting & Orders :
- Quote materials from plans and specifications on projects.
- Check the status of orders and ensure prompt delivery times.
- Project Contributions :
- Contribute to high-profile lighting-based initiatives with the lighting team.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends in lighting and make appropriate recommendations.
- Client Services :
- Oversee lighting and electrical service requests for clients daily.
- Upsell lighting conversions.
- Ensure all service requests and dispatches are well documented, coordinated, prioritized, and organized.
- Actively listen to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions.
- Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch service calls.
- Manage databases efficiently.
- Correspond correctly with third-party providers.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Inform customers of any anticipated delays and additional information needed.
- Review vendor quotes and prepare client proposals.
