Job Description :

Start Date : ASAP
Hours : Monday Friday 8am 4 : 30pm
- 2 days in office, 3 days remote (this is ONLY until January 2025, all corporate employees are expected to return to office then so it is only hybrid through the end of the year)
Location : Tempe, AZ
Training : Training is 2 weeks hybrid ?
Contract Duration : 4 Month Contract to Hire

Qualifications
3 years of customer service experience required, Logistics, Supply Chain
Experience writing documents on topics such as process improvement proposals and understanding of basic data analytical skills
Entry level knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data
Interpersonal and customer service skills will need to present to shippers and conduct business reviews
Overview :
Our Clients Transportation Team is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shipper Performance Coach to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with Amazon Inbound Transportation. As they continue to drive innovation within transportation and logistics, we consistently evaluate our current network shipper defects and drive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. In this role, the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.
