Our company is looking for a long term contract Administrator to and support the day to day Front Desk Operations and Plant Manager.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Front desk reception primary function, including visitor check-ins, e-mail correspondence, and routine document filing.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality when working on sensitive material, information and communication.
- Support front office operations, conference room scheduling and preparation, catering scheduling and preparation.
- Ability to manage outside vendors, customers, and guests for preparation of meetings including room scheduling, set up, signage.
- Knowledge of office equipment, mail, and shipping processes, and order/maintain supplies for the office.
- Assist with employee events and meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in Administrative Support, Customer Service, Front Desk
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
- Experience supporting upper management/leadership
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work in a cooperative manner to support a team environment and company objectives.
8am -5pm Monday - Friday in Pennsauken, NJ office
6 month open ended contract
