What are the responsibilities and job description for the On Site Call Center Rep - Urgently Hiring position at Aston Carter?
This is an ONSITE position
Answer inbound and outbound phone calls from Veterans in all 50 states assisting with any questions and concerns
Rescheduling and canceling appointments
Explaining what packets and papers came in the mail.
They will handle Transportation requests from the Vets to attend appointments.
They will also handle mileage check requests.
Candidates will navigate multi-screens and be on the phone at the same time.
Pay: $16-18.50 - determined by years of experience
