Job Title : Payroll Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to audit driver reimbursement requests and work orders, ensuring their validity and approving them for payment. This role involves data entry and processing of both Independent Contractor and driver payroll, handling customer service calls, and performing various clerical duties.
Responsibilities
- Audit driver reimbursement requests and work orders to determine validity and approve for payment.
- Enter approved reimbursements and additional pay submitted by the Operations Department for payment.
- Answer customer service calls from drivers, owners, and non-drivers.
- Data entry and processing of Independent Contractor Payroll.
- Data entry for driver payroll, including equipment deductions, pet pass, inverter, and passenger pass.
- Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for the department, as well as perform filing and other clerical duties as needed.
- Complete driver requests such as W-2 reprints and pay statement copies.
- Ensure regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

This role offers a hybrid work environment with in-office days on Tuesday and Wednesday. The office is undergoing rebranding and will be listed on the NYSE. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56712.00 - $70890.00 / yr.
