Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes using ADP Workforce Now for a workforce of under 100 employees. You will be responsible for handling both exempt and non-exempt payroll, with the potential to manage multiple shifts and commissions. The role requires covering one pay period independently and one pay period alongside the current employee, who will be away for a few weeks.
Responsibilities include :
Manage semi-monthly payroll for a workforce of under 100 employees using ADP Workforce Now.
Handle payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees.
Potentially manage multiple shifts and commissions.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Coordinate with the current payroll employee to ensure a smooth transition during their absence.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
