- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the print shop, ensuring all printed materials meet quality standards
- Lead and manage a team of print shop associates, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Troubleshoot printing equipment, identifying and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively
- Train staff on print production processes, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees
- Analyze production data, generating reports to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing or design or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years demonstrated Print Shop/mail room Experience required
- At least 2 years direct supervision experience required OR Previous direct supervision experience highly desired
