Job Title : Printer TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Printer Technician with experience in printer installation and IT support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for toner replacement, responding to service requests, placing service calls, addressing printer issues, network connection of printers, and adding printers to the server.ResponsibilitiesReplace toner in printers as needed.Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently.Place service calls for advanced technical issues.Address and resolve printer issues.Establish network connections for printers.Add printers to the server and ensure proper configuration.Essential SkillsExperience with printer installation and maintenance.Basic IT skills and knowledge.Proficiency in troubleshooting and functional testing.Ability to operate relevant equipment and perform component assembly.Strong computer skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience working with commercial printers.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within Salt Lake Valley.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs without assistance.Work EnvironmentThis role operates Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm MST. The position requires travel to different site within the Salt Lake Valley. Contingent workers have open-ended contracts and may be converted to full-time employees after 320 worked hours, although this process can take up to 1-2 years depending on internal availability.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
