Introduction
Our client is a large, well-established grill company who is seeking customer service representatives to join their Consumer Care team. The Consumer Care Agent position is a well-compensated job which offers the flexibility of working both from home AND in-office! Consumer Care Agents will have the responsibility of upholding the company's reputation by responding to the questions and/or concerns of existing customers.
Day To Day Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from customers about existing products and services
- Help customers to decide which product is right for them, as well as cooking instructions, assembly methods and maintenance options
- Set up service calls and send authorized repair agents to fix products when needed
- Maintain a professional and compassionate mindset towards customers at all times
- What We're Looking For
- 2 years of customer service experience (call center preferred but retail, food service, tech support will also be considered)
- Compassionate and service-oriented mindset
- Excellent phone manner
- Proficiency with basic computer skills and Microsoft Suite applications
- Bilingual in Spanish or French desirable but not required
Schedule
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, contract-to-hire position. Training will be a hyrbid schedule - in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Training hours will be 8am-5pm. After training, team members will continue to work hybrid for 45 days and then will have the opportunity to go fully remote.
