Sales Service Representative Job Description
The Sales Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations from point of sale through delivery and invoicing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire order-to-cash process for assigned customers.
- Quickly resolve customer issues, including pricing, transactions, complaints, orders, shipments, and other concerns.
- Manage inside sales for the transactional segment of customers at list/approved prices.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving to quickly resolve customer issues related to pre and post-contract and order processes.
- Handle case management with financial approval for complaint resolution at authorized levels while ensuring SOX controls and risk management.
- Responsible for all documentation and determining when a complaint is considered resolved.
- Serve as customer advocates, ensuring customer requirements are met, which can include customer visits and/or participation in Customer Delivery Teams.
- Evaluate and monitor contract and order analytics to ensure accurate planning for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Business acumen of commercial and supply chain processes.
- Aptitude for digital and technology troubleshooting of customer digital interactions.
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Online Order Management, and other relevant tools.
Work Arrangement:
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Lithia, Florida and some days remote. The typical work schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday WFH and Thursday in office from 8:00am-5:00pm.
