Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a direct hire position with a preferred pay range of $90-$95k. The role is based on-site in Portland, OR with flexible hours.
We Would Love to Hear From Those With :
- 2-5 years of corporate operational accounting experience.
- Experience with Journal Entries, Reconciliations, and General Ledger processes.
- Experience owning the Month-end close process.
- CPA Certification or pursuing CPA
- Previous real estate experience in low-income residential housing (Low-Income Tax Credits) and / or Commercial Real Estate
- Experience working with multiple entities
- Prior experience in public accounting.- Assurance or Audit experience required.
- Proficiency with accounting ERP systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivots & VLOOKUP).
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
