Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
The role of a Senior Financial Analyst is crucial in providing financial and analytical support to our client's support functions. The selected candidate will lead routine cost reporting, facilitate meetings with functional leadership and employees, and provide direct support to Vice Presidents and their team members for ad hoc analysis and projects.
This includes leading the global budget process for support functions, supporting the strategic planning process, and taking on both support and leadership roles in various value-add projects and process improvements for the support functions.
The Senior Financial Analyst will also be responsible for leading routine reporting approaches for corporate support functions, which involves understanding the needs of function leaders and their respective managers, gathering, analyzing, and presenting meaningful information, maintaining accountability for foundational reporting, and identifying and leading process improvement efforts.
In addition, this position requires leadership in the budget and forecast processes for global support functions, communication with all levels of the organization, execution of related process improvements, and meeting expectations for analysis of costs and FTE levels.
The Senior Financial Analyst will also provide indirect support to the forecast, Strategic Planning process, and other deliverables required by the Finance Business Partnership Team.
A key aspect of this role is identifying cost savings, service improvements, and other value-add opportunities while working with support functions, gathering information, and creating analysis to yield meaningful improvements for customers.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5 years of experience in finance or other related experience
• SAP experience required, SAP S/4HANA and Power BI experience preferred
