Job Title : Financial Operations Manager
Job Description
Responsible for providing and ensuring that their team provides the highest level of customer service to external customers as well as corporate and field office employees. An expert in the management and collection of customer accounts and supervises and develops their team members. This role also acts as an escalation point for team, office, and account issues, and requires the ability to build team and customer relationships, develop employees, resolve conflicts, maintain professionalism, and adapt to changes in the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and professional development for team members, including daily feedback and quarterly performance evaluations.
- Act as an escalation point and support liaison for team, field office, and customer-related issues.
- Manage customer accounts, including invoicing, collections, customer service, and resolving outstanding issues.
- Support field offices with general questions regarding account issues from an operations and accounting perspective.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00 / yr.
