Description
- Provide shipper support to vendors and sellers who use our company as their freight distributor.
- They make sure they get the service that is due to them, customer support from the standpoint of operations to solve problems.
- If there is a missed pickup, their job is to research and ultimately resolve to ensure the freight picked up.
- Amazon has over 16,000 vendor relationships and they will work with different people each day.
- The support cases are in a platform called Perigon
- Shippers and carrier cases
- Cases are created by vendors or carriers submitting a case in the platform
- Leads will assign cases each day to the associates
- 20% of your touched cases should result in a phone call
