Staff Accountant

Position Summary : As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for general ledger accounting, managing month-end and year-end close processes, preparing financial statements, and supporting audits. Your expertise will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Maintain and update ERP systems with financial data.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and comprehensive financial information.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
