Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Switchboard Operator to manage high volume calls and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting customers with the appropriate departments, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive company image.
Responsibilities
- Answering and directing high volume calls with multiple lines and extensions
- Taking messages
- Responding to caller inquiries
- Providing company information
- Performing light data entry
- Completing administrative tasks and small projects
- Handling duties assigned by management personnel
- Distributing mail
- Greeting visitors

Work Environment
This is an onsite position located in Glendale, CA, with working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. The office is set on a large campus with nice buildings and desk spaces that are spread out and roomy. There is a break room and outside areas available for breaks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 / hr.
