Vice President of Risk and Regulatory Affairs Key Responsibilities :
Lead our risk management and regulatory compliance strategies, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care across all facilities.
Develop, implement, and oversee policies tailored to meet and surpass federal, state, and local regulations.
Direct internal audits, inspections, and investigations, acting as the main point of contact for external regulatory bodies.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, integrating safety and risk prevention strategies at every level of operation.
Collaborate with senior leadership to embed risk management principles into our strategic vision.
Facilitate regular training sessions for facility leaders on emerging regulatory changes and best practices.
Maintain a pulse on industry standards, regulatory shifts, and pioneering practices, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront.
Vice President of Risk and Regulatory Affairs Qualifications :
Must hold a valid RN license.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or higher is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or regulatory affairs, with a solid track record in the nursing home or healthcare sector.
Proven leadership capabilities with a history of guiding teams to success.
Excellent communication skills, capable of navigating complex discussions and negotiations.
Analytical and forward-thinking, with the ability to anticipate challenges and devise proactive solutions.
